Mr.
Ambrosio
started
his
professional
career
by
joining
his
father
and
two
brothers
as
an
Investment
Broker
with
A.G.
Edwards
and
Son’s
Inc.
He
later
went
on
to
acquire
his
CFP
certification
which
is
awarded
to
individuals
who
meet
education,
examination,
experience
and
ethics
requirements
in
finance.
Having
such
a
love
for
the
mountains
and
owning
a
second
home
there,
he
decided
to
move
to
Colorado
in
1994.
He
opened
a
Ski
Rental
Business
and
Food
Mart
at
Copper
Mountain
Ski
Resort.
He
then
went
on
to
become
the
Broker/Owner
of a
real
estate
company
called
Rocky
Mountain
Resort
Properties.
During
his
Real
Estate
career
he
also
acquired
his
contractors
license
and
specialized
in
building
custom
log
homes.
After
seven
years
in
Colorado
he
moved
back
to
his
hometown
on
the
beaches
of
Florida.
He
joined
up
with
Coldwell
Banker
Sun
Vista,
which
has
been
located
on
the
beaches
since
1980.
During
his
career
with
Coldwell
Banker
Sun
Vista
he
has
received
his
GRI
designation,
Previews
Properties
Certification
and
Membership
into
the
International
Diamond
Society
for
2006.

Carine was born and raised in Paris, France where she lived for 24 years. After completing her Masters degree at Paris X University she moved to Florida and is currently a resident of Treasure Island.
Her professional career in the Real Estate industry began in 2003 as a Manager for CFN Mortgage Corporation. Afterwards, she joined American Mortgage Network, a wholesale mortgage lender which was later acquired by Wachovia Securities. The five years of experience in wholesale lending has given Carine a greater understanding of the financing aspects of the real estate industry, which helps better assist her clients.
She then joined Frank Ambrosio’s sales team with Coldwell Banker Sun Vista Realty whose office has been on the beaches in Pinellas County since 1979. Carine provides her clients with only the best service and is dedicated in helping them fulfill their dreams and desires.
